19th Century English folk Art Painted Pine Box
An English folk art painted pine box from the 19th century, the rectangular body is decorated as a Georgian architectural facade featuring a mustard-yellow ground, hand-painted windows, a central paneled door, and faux stone corner quoins. The piece opens to a completely hollow storage interior and is in an honest, unrestored antique condition, displaying a weathered patina with notable chipping, paint loss, and scuffs along the corners, edges, and base rims consistent with age.
