By purchasing a subscription from Iota Edit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.


Shipping Schedule

Your Iota Edit subscription will be sent out on a monthly basis, we aim to dispatch all subscriptions by the 15th of the month; but this can change dependent on volume, and if the dates fall over a weekend. If you are ordering the current month’s subscription after the cut off  (14 days before the end of each month) you will be automatically entered into the next month’s subscription. Once the pieces leave our showroom, they are subject to our shipping estimates which are 1-3 working days.


Subscription Cut Off Window

The cut off for each month is 14 days before the end of the month. When signing up after this period you will miss out on the current month’s subscription and will be automatically subscribed to the next month.



‘As a Gift’ subscriptions are billed in full on the day of purchase.

If you’re buying the subscription for yourself your payment method will be billed automatically on the 14th of every up until your subscription is cancelled.

if this option is unchecked your subscription will automatically cancel at its expiry date. You can however cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next delivery is met once you have passed the 3 months minimum requirement.


Gift Subscriptions

All gift subscriptions purchased are valid for a 12-month period (from date of purchase) and must be redeemed within this period of time. Unfortunately, if the subscription is not used within this time, it will promptly expire and you will be unable to redeem the funds on the voucher.


Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods

Remember that the shipping estimates on site are as suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your subscription may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your subscription never arrives, arrives damaged or has items missing, get in touch with us at lucy@iotaedit.com as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation.



We would be very sad to see you go, but the truth of the matter is that you can cancel your Iota Edit subscription after you have met the minimum of 3 paid months without any hidden fees associated. To prevent your subscription from auto renewing you must make sure you cancel your subscription by the 14th of the month.

You can cancel your subscription(s) by logging into your account and cancelling. Alternatively you can get in touch with us via email at lucy@iotaedit.com.



We can only accept returns if you item is faulty. Please provide images and keep the original packaging. You have 15 days from your subscription being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the delivery must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped.

Step 1

Securely seal your delivery, writing your full name and subscription number visibly on the box

Step 2

Simply post this back us, via 2nd class (you must obtain a receipt as proof of purchase, the cost of shipping will be refunded to you once you provide the proof of delivery, we do not provide pre-paid return labels)

Step 3

Once we receive the delivery, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method which can take around 3-5 working days. please allow up to 14 working days for the return to be processed by the team.
